Where is my order?
We will keep you updated on your order via email (If you haven’t received any emails, please check your Junk folder) You can track your delivery a number of ways; on your order confirmation email, there is a link to track your delivery. Alternatively you can track your order in your account, click here. Under Order history, enter your order number, and then click the track.
Canl I receive a refund?
There are no refunds, however we offer online credit in the form of a e-gift coupon, which never expries
I am missing an item, what do I do?
In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, this is probably due to your order being dispatched in separate parcels, if this is the case please check your emails, as we will have updated you via email on the status of your order. (Don’t forget to check your junk folder in case it’s ended up in there!)
Are your products made in the USA?
YES, our products are made in the USA. Our products are currently made in Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Texas, and Wisconsin!
Why was my order cancelled?
- ThePrayApparel was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically canceled.
- If your order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.
