Returns and Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 30 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return form so we can ensure your credit is accurate. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a credit in the form of a Pray Apparel E-Gift Card for use on a future ThePrayApparel.com purchase.  Pray Apparel E-Gift Cards never expire!

Helpful Hint: If returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping with a tracking number and insurance for convenience. Please Note: we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all ThePrayApparel product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. If you need to return an item for exchange or store credit, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We will gladly exchange an item if you ordered the incorrect size, color, or graphic within 30 days from the date your order is delivered provided that the products are in their original condition and have not been worn, washed and still have the original tags attached.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

For returns, please be sure to include your Return form with the corresponding order number attached, this will help us properly track your package and provide a prompt credit or exchange. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. It must be iterated that ALL items being returned must be in original condition with tags attached, unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The Pray Apparel does not provide return shipping labels.

Postage costs due to incorrect size ordered, or any issue not being a result of a shipping or manufacturer error, will be the responsibility of the customer. If we ship an incorrect or defective product we will provide a prepaid label for your return.

Final Sale Items

All items ending in $.99, $.98, $.90 are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for store credit.

Damaged Items

If you would kindly complete the Return form, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for packages that get lost or stolen in transit. Once we receive your package, we will email you an E-Gift Card in the amount of your purchased item, plus the cost of the shipping return (up to $10.00 USD provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost).

Credit

Store credit via a The Pray Apparel E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. The Pray Apparel does not credit original shipping charges.

Processing and Fulfillment

You will be charged in full when your order is placed. Your order will not be shipped until your payment has been processed. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason we will process a refund for the full amount you were charged. The refund will process to your original form of payment.
